- Qualification - Any Graduate
- Location - Goregaon Mumbai
- Shift timings - 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM ( Day Shift ),6:30 AM - 3:00 PM ( Day Shift )
- Working days - 6
- Experience - Minimum 6 months as customer service
Job Description
- Responsible for responding to customers via Non voice mediums like Emails/ Chat/ Walk Ins/ Web.
- Adherence to meeting pre-defined TATs for responding to the clients.
- Responsible for meeting the daily requirement in terms of volumes.
- Identification of the customer’s requirement and addressing the concerns.
- Liaise with internal customers to get the customer’s issues resolved.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the customers in order to meet the Quality parameters.
- Take the extra mile to engage with the customers.
