Hiring for NON VOICE PROCESS Email Chat Support / Technical Chat
Salary : -18k to 25k + inc
Openings: TSR / CSR (Non-Voice Process / Email Chat Support)
1. Customer Support - Email Chat
2. Technical Support - Technical Chat / Live Chat
Roles and responsibilities :
Diagnosed and resolved customer technical issues via phone and web Support included Lenovo and Motorola devices
Monitored company performance against service level agreements and communicated any issues
Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems and other general account inquiries over the phone.
Required :
Should be flexible with rotational Shifts
Good English Communication Skills
Experience in BPO (0-5yrs) can apply
Candidates from Bangalore location are preferred.
