About the job:

Selected Analyst’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Identify and segment text & keywords from thousands of messages into relevant categories as given in guidelines
  
• Interpret and tag content with respect to sentiment observed in the messages across social and web channels, without bias
  
• Customer segmentation based on transactional, social, behavioral and other data analysis
  
• Analyse text-based data (like email content and social media updates) to glean user and customer sentiment
  
• Produce high volumes of accurate work output every day, within guidelines

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
