Job Description

AffinityX is hiring enthusiastic freshers for the Non voice process.
A non-voice process is where there is communication between customers and agents using channels other than voice. This includes email, website chat, in-app chat and social media. There are also non-voice processes where there is no interaction with customers at all.

Required Skills:

  • Any Graduate
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts in a 24x7 environment.
  • Time management skills and the ability to cope with tight timelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry abilities
  • Candidate should have laptop & fixed broadband connection with 50MBPS speed.
