Non voice process  
  • Handling inbound communication via various means in a professional manner. 
  • This process requires the skill of writing or typing and the ability to understand the type of query for making the right processing.
  •  Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction. Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery. 
  • Escalating customer feedback as required.
  • Unlike the call centre outbound, this process does not require receiving or making a phone call to the customers. 
  • Applicant must have good typing skill (80% accuracy with 16wpm)
  • Applicant only in Chennai location can apply

Qualification : Any Graduation 

Skills -  communication skills

Shift - Day Shift

Salary : 12k to 18k (for freshers)

For experience candidate based on your performance
