About Devza
Devza is a well-capitalized multi-product company like Google. We're shipping high-quality SaaS products for consumers and businesses. We're offering an innovative startup culture but with the financial stability of an established corporation. Our first product was based on a subscription model before SaaS was a mainstream thing. We built it remotely before COVID made remote work cool. We started out in 2008, as 15-year-old kids, and the only thing we had was access to the internet and a hunger to build. We bootstrapped our first product into multi-million dollars in sales without having access to a single dollar as an investment.
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle real-time chat support of the customer while taking into consideration the customer's level of understanding
2. Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance with precise information
3. Engage proactively with customers to ensure smooth after-sales support
4. Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company
5. Adapt to our technology to troubleshoot the issue using remote desktop connections like AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc.
6. Maintain all the records of the customers and database work on a daily basis
