Position: North Indian Chef (Commis 1 & Commis 2)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of North Indian dishes including curries, gravies, and tandoor items
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of food
- Follow standard recipes and maintain hygiene standards
- Assist in kitchen operations and coordinate with team members
- Maintain proper storage and handling of ingredients
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: 3 to 6+ years in North Indian cuisine
- Must have knowledge of all types of curries and gravies
- Training under a professional North Indian Chef preferred
- Commis 1 and Commis 2 level candidates can apply
Age Limit:
20 to 45 years
Preferred Candidate:
- Passionate about cooking and food presentation
- Strong knowledge of spices and traditional recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
