Job Description

  • Reporting to:Line Manager
  • Department:NSDC
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information.
  • Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
  • Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
  • Coordinate between Training Partner & Training Centre for project development, improvement & release pamyment
  • Arrange independently Pre-inspection of Branches before final visit of Auditor (NSDC-team)
  • Conduct final Inspection of Government as per guidelines of NSDC i.e. Classroom and Lab size in sqft, trainer’s profile, facilities, Equipment’s, PMKVY Branding & Promotion design etc. of NSDC project of all Branches of an Organization
  • Coordinate with the State coordinators for enrolled candidate’s data.
  • Responsible for placing candidates enrolled in the franchisee.
  • Maintain the tracker of enrolled candidates & tie-up with the company’s.
  • Making all agreements/documents for the project outsourced and Franchisee
  • Coordinating with the Corporates for the placements of the enrolled students in Franchisee
  • Check with State coordinators for the enrolments in their franchisee, take first round of telephonic interviews and make them interview to the corporate
  • QUALIFICATION:Graduate / MBA
  • Experience:1-2 Years
  • Salary:INR Up to 20,000
