N&T Radio Designer Job in For a Client of TeamLease Digital at Bangalore

Educational Requirements Mandatory:

▪ BE/Master’s degree in Engineering with 10+ yrs of relevant experience

▪ Design/Engineering background Experience

Mandatory:

▪ Experience of radio deployments in industrial environment, including interference mitigation

▪ Wifi protocol knowledge

▪ LTE Protocal Knowledge

▪ Experience in Technical coordination

▪ Experience of Management in design telco/IT Project

▪ Proven experience on monitoring tools and techniques (spectrum analyzer, IP analyzer, mib principles, etc) Desirable:

▪ Knowledgeable of interpersonal skills

▪ Experience of technical coordination

▪ 4G/LTE knowledge

▪ Resilience Competencies & Skills

▪ Strong knowledge and experience on Radio propagation and on Radio solutions with a specific focus on WiFi deployments (802.11a/b/n/ac)

▪ Experience in IT/Supervision is an add-on.

▪ Signaling and system architecture is an add-on.
