Job Description
- Perform home care patient / client assessment, Planning, implementation and evaluation of patient health status and care giver’s performance.
- Assist the Managing director / Administrator in the preparation of Organization Budget.
- Interprets operational indicators to detect census changes, increases and decreases in volume that could impact staffing level, revenues or expenses.
- Do monthly Evaluation of nurses and other staff member’s job performance and award best employee of the month.
- Has Authority to Hire, evaluate and terminate professional with dual consent from MD & CD.
- Oversees the maintenance of home care patient clinical record, statistics, reports and records for the purpose of evaluation and reporting of organizational activities.
- Assure proper maintenance of clinical records of home care patient in compliance with local, state and national laws.
- Responsible for the maintenance of adequate and appropriate inventory supplies and equipment for the provision of patient services.
- Develops, implements and evaluates the orientation program for the new organizational personal.
- Responsible for orientation of new organizational professional directly or delegated.
- Plans and implement in-service and continual training program to meet education and training needs as per CNE norms.
- Perform the Evaluation of organization objectives and quality improvement indicator.
- Assist in the development of organizational goals.
- Execute Organizational policies and procedures.
- Assure process, policies and procedures are in compliance with legal / licensure protocols.
- Stays informed about the changes in the field of nursing and share information with MD/CD appropriately.
- Anticipates, identifies and reports in a timely manner on areas of potential risk and plan their resolution or prevention, consults with MD and CD as appropriate.
- In absence of Managing & Clinical Director, the Nursing Coordinators will become acting MD and CD will be vested with authority to act on behalf of MD (Administration) and CD (Clinical Management).
- Other duties assigned by the CD and MD.
