Salary is between 6K- 8k in hand
Joining on an immediate basis
Location -Mira Road

Responsibilities:

 The post incorporates a teaching and clinical component (60%) of the role and

requires the post holder to act as a role model at all times demonstrating up to

date clinical knowledge and practice in the field of respiratory and ventilation

nursing within a humanised care framework

 To develop and deliver a clinical education programme to support nurses from

overseas to gain the clinical standards required to pass OSCE prior to NMC

registration

To support and train educational programme with our newly qualified nursing staff

during their preceptorship period.

 To develop and deliver a training programme for staff working with patients who

require ventilation, both within the RHN and externally.

 To undertake masters level research (part-time) in nursing care of ventilated patients

 To work with the education lead and L&D team to provide ward based clinical

education for nurses requiring clinical support and supervision

 To support and deliver training with our Clinical Skills Center team and work with our Clinical Nursing Specialist
