Job Description
Perform vision tests and analyze results Diagnose sight problems, such as nearsightedness or farsightedness and eye diseases, such as glaucoma Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and medications Provide treatments such as vision therapy or low-vision rehabilitation Provide pre- and postoperative care to patients undergoing eye surgery, for example, examining a patients eyes the day after surgery Evaluate patients for the presence of diseases such as diabetes and refer patients to other healthcare providers as needed Promote eye health by counseling patients, including explaining how to clean and wear contact lenses

Kapur’s The Healing Touch Eye Centre is situated in “D” Block, Vikas Puri, New
Delhi. It is a specialized centre for various Eye services under one roof and
we are doing around 6000 surgeries in a year. We have 3 specialist consultants
and RMOs available round the clock to provide best of patient care. Apart from
this we have more than 15 visiting consultants in the hospital to provide
specialist eye services in Glaucoma, Squint, Oculoplasty and Medical Retina.
Our hospital is built in 15000 sq. ft. area with 3 Operation Theatres. We are doing all sort of eye surgeries including Cornea Transplant, C3R(Intac), Occuloplasty Surgeries, Glaucoma Surgeries, Retinal Detachment Surgeries (including complicated RD Surgeries), LASIK Surgery for Spectacle removal. We have recently introduced Femto Second assisted LASIK and Cataract Surgeries( Blade free Cataract and LASIK at our centre).
