*Main Objective of the Role*

• He /She will be a skilled nurse, giving nursing care and executing specialized nursing skills in areas like intensive care unit, highly dependent unit , etc., where continuous monitoring , implementation and evaluation are required.
• Home health nurses are committed to the provision of accessible, responsive and timely care which allows people to stay in their homes with safety and dignity.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Attend, administer, monitor, record all medical,nursing service calls assigned.
• creating, evaluating and implementing customized care plan.
• Providing education and support to patient and their family members.
• Interpret patient information and collaborate with physicians and other team members in making critical decision making about needed action.
• create and regularly update medical records for all the patients who are assessed and treated.
