Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Nurse Therapist to join our team at a reputed skin and aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting dermatologists and aesthetic professionals in cosmetic skin procedures, performing non-invasive treatments, and ensuring patient safety and satisfaction throughout the treatment process.
As a Nurse Therapist, you will play a critical role in client consultation, skin analysis, preparation of patients, and executing skin and laser therapies under supervision. Candidates with a nursing background (GNM/B.Sc. Nursing) or prior clinic experience are preferred. Full training will be provided for cosmetic and dermatology-specific procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient Care & Treatment Support

Assist doctors during procedures such as Botox, fillers, PRP, micro-needling, and laser treatments.

Prepare treatment rooms and ensure that all instruments, machines, and disposables are ready before the procedure.

Greet patients professionally, explain procedures, and guide them through pre- and post-treatment care.
2. Skin & Laser Treatments (Non-Invasive)

Perform treatments such as:

Chemical peels
-
Medi-facials
-
Laser hair reduction
-
Skin rejuvenation
-
Hydrafacial or acne clean-ups
-
RF/Ultrasound-based therapy
-

Ensure that treatment protocols and hygiene standards are followed strictly.

Monitor patient comfort during procedures and report any concerns to the doctor.
3. Patient Consultation & Skin Analysis

Assist in initial client consultation and assess skin type, concerns, and treatment suitability.

Maintain accurate documentation of skin conditions, treatment plans, and progress.

Guide patients with home care routines, product usage, and follow-up schedules.
4. Equipment Handling & Safety
-
Operate and maintain skincare and laser equipment under trained supervision.

Ensure calibration and cleanliness of equipment before and after use.

Comply with all safety regulations related to lasers, light-based therapies, and hygiene standards.
5. Clinic Operations & Inventory
-
Help in maintaining clinical stock, consumables, and inventory used for therapies.

Record usage of products, and ensure items are reordered as per requirement.

Coordinate with the front desk team for treatment bookings and therapist schedules.
Required Skills:

Basic understanding of human skin and cosmetic treatments

Good patient interaction and counseling ability

Hands-on experience with facials, cleanups, or cosmetic procedures is a plus

Good command over English and local language (Hindi / Kannada / Tamil, etc.)

Familiarity with skincare products and routine advice

Comfort in handling lasers, peels, or dermal devices (training will be given)
