Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a warm, caring, and enthusiastic Nursery and LKG Teacher to join our preschool team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education, enjoy working with young children, and be capable of creating a positive and engaging classroom environment. The teacher will be responsible for conducting lessons, organizing fun and educational activities, and fostering the social and emotional development of children aged 3 to 5 years.
Key Responsibilities:

Teach basic concepts including alphabets, numbers, shapes, and colors in an age-appropriate and fun manner.

Plan and execute engaging classroom activities such as storytelling, music, dance, arts and crafts, and interactive games.

Maintain a cheerful and welcoming classroom environment that encourages learning and creativity.

Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through structured and free-play activities.
-
Use play-based teaching methods that make learning enjoyable and effective.
-
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom.

Monitor and assess each child’s progress and provide regular feedback to parents.

Encourage good manners, sharing, teamwork, and other essential social skills.

Prepare and maintain teaching materials, classroom decorations, and student records.

Communicate effectively with parents regarding classroom activities, student progress, and any concerns.

Follow daily routines and schedules while being flexible to adapt based on children’s needs.
Required Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Minimum of a Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Education or Montessori Training. A Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field is a plus.

Experience: Prior experience working with preschool or kindergarten children is preferred.

Strong communication skills in English (and local language if applicable).

Creativity in planning activities and lessons.

Classroom management and child behavior guidance skills.
