Job Requirement: Nursery and Playgroup Teacher
Position: Nursery and Playgroup Teacher
Location: Khese Park, Lohegaon, Pune
Salary: ₹10-12,000 per month
Experience Required: 1-2 years in teaching
Preferred: Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), or a related field.
Female Candidates with Immediate Joiner Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons and activities for nursery and playgroup children.
- Promote the development of social, motor, and cognitive skills through engaging activities.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and interactive classroom environment.
- Ensure the well-being and safety of children during school hours.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure smooth operation of the school.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding children’s progress and behavior.
- Administer assessments and provide regular feedback on children's development.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching, preferably in a nursery or playgroup setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members.
- A passion for working with young children and fostering their early development.
- Ability to develop creative and engaging lesson plans that promote holistic child development.
- Additional qualifications in foreign languages or music will be considered an advantage.
