Job Description

Assist Doctors/ Clinicians in performing general and specialized procedures. Routine works including patient care, preparation of patient for procedures, maintaining area log book records and other required documents, stock receiving and updation etc.

Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Nursing Staff to provide high-quality patient care. The role involves assisting doctors, administering medications, monitoring patients, and ensuring overall patient well-being. Candidates should have strong medical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Care & Monitoring

Provide basic and advanced nursing care to patients.
Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and overall patient conditions.
Assist patients with daily activities (hygiene, mobility, feeding, etc.).

2. Medication Administration & Treatment

Administer medications and injections as per doctor's prescription.
Maintain accurate medication and treatment records.
Assist in medical procedures and wound care.

3. Assisting Doctors & Medical Procedures

Support doctors during examinations, surgeries, and medical procedures.
Prepare and sterilize medical instruments and equipment.
Collect and label blood, urine, and other samples for laboratory testing.

4. Emergency Response & Critical Care

Provide immediate first aid and emergency care when required.
Assist in ICU, OT, and emergency ward procedures if applicable.
Handle medical emergencies, CPR, and life-saving techniques.

5. Patient Education & Family Support

Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medications, and post-care instructions.
Provide emotional support and counseling to patients.
Guide caregivers on proper patient care practices.

6. Record Keeping & Compliance

Maintain accurate patient records and nursing reports.
Follow hospital protocols and infection control procedures.
Ensure compliance with healthcare laws and ethical standards.
