Job Description:
- Overall management of Nursing Practice, nursing education and professional development.
- Accountable to oversee the development, and implementation of standards of patient care and standards of clinical practice.
- Has overall responsibility for safe, comfortable and comprehensive nursing care of all the patients in the hospital.
- Collaborates with Hospital administrative colleagues, doctors, and other healthcare personnel.
- Ensure that adequate number of nursing staff is assigned to the respective departments in accordance with their experience and training.
- Coordinate with various departments to contribute towards continuous nursing care and recommend improvements as and when necessary.
- Organize and Conduct In-service Education programs for all categories of nursing staff on nursing ethics, procedures, and hospital policies
- Is able to balance clinical and non-clinical responsibilities.
Role: Nursing Superintendent
Salary: As per Industry standards.
Qualification: GNM – With 10-year Experience
B.Sc Nursing: With 5 Years Experience as Nursing Superintendent
M.Sc Nursing – With 3 years experience as Nursing Superintendent
