Job Description

Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, if not at least have the willingness to learn.
Assist with all Human Resource and Accounting activities.
Maintain daily accounts and administrative task.
Handle general accounting duties like invoices, petty cash, sales amount etc.
The responsibility for ordering, storing, tracking and controlling inventory.
Communicating with various vendors and contacts about various dealings.
Coordinating with the housekeeping staff and ensuring the office is neat and clean.
Taking care of internet, power, water etc. issues.
Make sure the staff maintains office decorum.
