Job Description
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, if not at least have the willingness to learn.
- Assist with all Human Resource and Accounting activities.
- Maintain daily accounts and administrative task.
- Handle general accounting duties like invoices, petty cash, sales amount etc.
- The responsibility for ordering, storing, tracking and controlling inventory.
- Communicating with various vendors and contacts about various dealings.
- Coordinating with the housekeeping staff and ensuring the office is neat and clean.
- Taking care of internet, power, water etc. issues.
- Make sure the staff maintains office decorum.
