Job Description
- Management
of office equipment
- Managing
clerical or other administrative staff
- Organizing,
arranging and coordinating meetings
- Handling
external or internal communication or management systems
- Answers
phone calls and transfers them as necessary
- Maintains
accurate records for employee holiday requests
- Photocopies
and files appropriate documents as needed
- Manage
all the day to day office administrative activities under the supervision
of manager.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Should have Knowledge on MS Office.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written) are required.
