• 0-1 yrs experience in handling day to day Admin /Front office work.

Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities:

• Handle all incoming telephone calls and greet visitors upon arrival in the office
• Take new Client requirement and explain for the services and quote for client requirement.
• Take messages and direct calls to the appropriate person etc
• Maintain all call records
• Make all the staff attendance and inform management if any staff irregular
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
• Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, followup new clients etc.
• Check, sort and emails reply to client and forward to Manager
• Monitor office supplies bills, expenditure forward to Manager
• Keep updated records and files
• Monitor other staff and make them to complete given task
• Take up other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in English (oral and written) fluent in other languages Hindi/Telugu.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Problem-solving skills
• Customer service orientation
