Recruitment
- Research on appropriate sources for recruitment.
- Sourcing, filtering, short listing CV’s as per requirement
- Scheduling and following up job interview
- Company representative for the external aspirants on email and phone
- Documentation in charge during the entire process of recruitment
- Managing employee records, leaves, salary payments, attendance
- Ensuring that all admin and sales reporting systems are working efficiently
- Formalities for leaving employee related to the final settlement, exit interviews etc.
- Resolve queries related to the system
- Record employee grievances and bring to the notice of the management
- Compilation of attendance, salary, leave, targets, incentive records of the employee and presenting to the management periodically
