Job Summary
The person will be designated as Office Administration Executive & he/she will be reporting directly to the Managing director.

Key Skills*
Fluency in English & Telugu is a must.
Good hands on MS-office is recommended.
Basic sales skills are recommended.

Job Details:
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 12K-15K PM, based on candidate.
Requirement: Immediate
No. of Openings: 1
Working Days: 6 Working days, (Weekly off will be Tuesday)
Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Location: Banjara Hills, Road No.01

Responsibilities and Duties
The candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks, few of them are as under:

1. Making sales calls to assigned contacts daily (Cold calls) & sending project related information.
2. Scheduling customer appointments to builder projects & assigning to the business development team.

3. Making follows up with customers for the closure of deals.

4. Helping customer will all documentations & seeking financial assistance from designated banks.
5. Reporting each day to the office, responsible to ensure better customer experience, communicating with builders, customers & Sales team on a regular basis.
6. Handling social media accounts for the company i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram & Others. Posting available properties, generating & managing leads.

7. Any other admin related task to be taken care off.

Required Experience, Qualifications & Others
Candidate to have a minimum of 1 year of experience in cold calls in any industry.
Graduation is mandatory
