Job Description

Office Administration Job Overview: Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as housekeeping, canteen, and maintenance.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels at all times
  • Oversee office equipment and facilities, liaising with vendors for repairs and maintenance as needed.
  • Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating company events. 
  • Support the finance team with expense reporting, invoice processing, and other financial administrative tasks.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is mandatory
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Note: 
  • Applicants who own a two-wheeler and are fluent in both English and Kannada are desired.
  • Working Days(Monday-Saturday)
