Job Description: Office Administrator
Responsibilities:
- To be a Single Point of Contact for branch (1&2)
- System Admin- solve internet, laptop, desktop and IT issues.
- Create Employee Mail ID's & Configure the system.
- Manage Petty cash and prepare weekly report with the help of Accounts executive.
- Check office Open and Close Timings every-day.
- Office Assets Management
- Manage and work on Electrical, Plumbing, Carpenter and Fabricator work at time of emergency.
- Manage Housekeeping employees on their regular work.
- Ensure the pantry, cafeteria and Office Premises is cleaned by the housekeeping team.
- Manage housekeeping assets.
- Prepare ID Cards for the New Employees.
- Coordinate with the HR and manage on any Events, Training, Induction Programme and other activities time to time.
