Client Management
- Communicate (email/phone) with the existing clients, follow ups and get the necessary forms/documents on regular basis.
Customer Queries
- The incumbent has to respond to customer/consulting enquiry emails, initial scanning of consultants.
- Maintain proper record and do regular follow ups.
Co-ordinating and fixing appointments with Customers
- The incumbent has to do internet research, build client database, make calls and fix appointments.
- The incumbent has to manage course registrations
