Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Administrator to manage the daily operations of our office and support our online sales activities. The ideal candidate should have a good working knowledge of computers and basic English (spoken and written). This role involves handling our e-commerce website, managing orders from various online selling platforms, and performing general administrative tasks such as responding to calls/emails and maintaining basic accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. E-commerce & Order Management:

  • Manage product listings, pricing, stock updates, and offers on our e-commerce website and other platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.

  • Monitor and process incoming customer orders.

  • Coordinate with the packing team to ensure timely order dispatch.

  • Generate shipping labels, invoices, and coordinate with courier partners for pickups and deliveries.

  • Handle return or cancellation requests from customers on various platforms.

2. Office Administration:

  • Attend incoming calls and respond to customer or vendor inquiries politely and professionally.

  • Draft and respond to emails in clear and simple English.

  • Maintain and update customer records, order logs, and general documentation.

  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchases when required.

3. Basic Accounts & Record-Keeping:

  • Maintain day-to-day records of sales, purchases, and expenses in Excel or basic accounting software.

  • Prepare simple reports for management (daily/weekly/monthly).

  • Assist with invoice generation, payment follow-ups, and petty cash handling.

  • Support in filing bills and vouchers for auditing purposes.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Basic computer knowledge is a must (MS Office – Excel, Word, Email usage).

  • Ability to use or learn e-commerce platforms and order management systems.

  • Should be able to read, write, and speak basic English confidently.

  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Should be responsible, honest, and self-motivated.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
