Job Description

Small sales & service company seeks Office Administrator with 1–3 years experience. Must be proficient in MS Office and have basic admin skills. Duties include office coordination, data entry, supporting sales/service teams, and handling calls. Good communication and organizational skills required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk reception duties including greeting visitors and handling phone calls

  • Organize and maintain office files, documents, and records both physical and digital

  • Coordinate office supplies procurement and maintain inventory

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Support HR with onboarding activities and maintaining employee records

  • Handle correspondence, emails, and communication within and outside the organization

  • Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation as required

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and utilities

  • Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of office equipment

  • Support finance or accounts team with invoice processing and petty cash management

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
