We are currently seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator to join our team and support our Managing Director and various departments.

**Job Description:**  We are looking for a dedicated Office Administrator responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing the Managing Director’s schedule, overseeing office attendance, executing directives from the Managing Director, and coordinating meetings across departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and maintain the Managing Director’s daily schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Monitor and record office attendance, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Execute instructions from the Managing Director accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings among all departments, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
- Serve as a point of contact between the Managing Director and other staff or external parties.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and office supplies management.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Diploma/bachelors/masters required; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related fields are a plus.
