Job Description
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
- Maintaining inventory of office assets.
- Maintaining office equipment as needed.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
- Troubleshoot all types of PC hardware issues and printers including network printers.
- Install, format and troubleshoot of Windows, Linux and Mac pcs and various PC application programs commonly used.
- Network I/O Termination and crimping.
- Communicate with vendors (Internet service provider)
- Install,manage and troubleshoot antivirus.
