Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, answer and direct incoming calls, and handle inquiries professionally and courteously.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional image of the company.
Coordinate with support staff to ensure efficient office operations.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, and distribute them to appropriate recipients.
Manage office expenses and assist with billing and invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain office records and filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy retrieval of information.
Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for staff and visitors as required.
Oversee the management of the office library, including cataloguing, organizing, and tracking materials.
Assist with event planning and coordination for company meetings, conferences, and other events.
Assist with basic HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and assisting with onboarding procedures.
Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by management.
