Job Description
- Schedule travel arrangements for senior executives as well as clients, when applicable
- Greet clients and vendors upon arrival and direct them to appropriate offices
- Maintain office supply inventory
- Maintenance and upkeep of the office and managing the housekeeping staff
- Retrieve documents and files when requested
- Read and route incoming mail and process outgoing mail
- Light accounting duties
- Create, edit, and update spreadsheets
- Facilitate in the joining and on boarding of employees
- Assist HR with sorting and collating resumes
- Scheduling and co-interviews with candidates
- Liaison with hiring partners
