  • Should be good in serving food, tea and coffee.
  • Cleaning and Dusting of Office Area
  • Help with refreshments and serve the all employees of the office
  • Collect and deliver paperwork when asked to from one department to another
  • Delivers important documents and other materials to the respective departments and clients, inside and outside office.
  • Prepares the meeting room and ensures all the necessary articles are present
  • Coordinates with admin department makes sure pantry is well-stocked
  • Maintains other office supplies, especially stationary and delivers it to the employees who need them
  • Fix minor problems in the office machinery like photocopiers and printers

Skills and Specification

  • Must be physically fit as he has to be very active and work with people from different departments running errands for them
  • Should be honest, respectful, and trustworthy.
  • Must maintain personal hygiene
  • Must have an eye for details and be organised
  • Always be punctual and dedicated
  • Experience in administrative or clerical activities is an added advantage
