Job Description

Scope of work:
  • Record keeping (which includes all documents . like QT, Dieline, Artwork, Sample pictures, Sales Contract , Invoices etc..)
  • To assist EU dept. staff by sharing & disseminating the recorded documents as and when need arises.
  • To help Indian Office Stakeholders & Customer care Officer in their day to day operation work.
  • To look after Stakeholders & Customer care Officer's work in their absence/Leave.
THE STANDARD OF WORKING REQUIREMENT
  • Service attitude of job performance.
  • Team work.
  • Obedience, patience, detail minded.
  • Good communication with overseas and inhouse colleagues.
  • Good occupational conduct, keep confidentiality of the company.
  • Good computer skills.
