We are India's first on-demand neighbor-to-neighbor transport and shipping as well as services network. We serve the first and last-mile delivery and different day-to-day service requests of local businesses as well as people across different segments. We are in plan to take Shype to other parts of the world as well.
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle the daily requests and queries via phone, emails, social media, mobile apps and process them
2. Share MIS reports
3. Coordinate with different stakeholders over the phone
