Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Record keeping Responsible for recording inflows (Sales, Credit, Advance Received, deposit etc) and outflows (Expenses, Purchase, Salaries, Tax, Advanced, Debtor etc.); enters, edits, and retrieves data, time sheet, maintains databases, records, confidential files and other related information for firm needs.
- Communication/Customer Service Answers and routes telephone calls; conveys information both orally and in writing; answers inquiries from Associates and Prospective Associates regarding rules, regulations, policies and procedures; directs clients to appropriate resources; acts as office receptionist greeting and directing visitors.
- Assisting in managing Firm and its Principals presence over Social Media and Whatsapp, Collecting Contact details of Interest individuals or/and groups etc. Routing interest or/and responses or/and enquiries etc to concern Appropriate department or/and function or/and task administrator. Coordinating with concerned Individuals to respond such interest, responses and enquiries in time.
- Coordinates and prepares for meetings and special events by assisting with registrations, payments, and confirmation, reserving rooms, and arranging for refreshments and necessary equipment; duplicates, sorts and distributes various documents; prepares bulk mailings; maintains calendars; coordinates and confirms conference room reservation schedules; sends, receives and distributes faxes and e-mail; sorts, distributes, and redirects mail; maintains inventory of office supplies and orders as necessary; operates standard office equipment.

1) Educating and representing their clients for obtaining necessary Licenses such as Shop Act License, Food License, Health License, GST etc.; KYC documents and Passports.
2) Facilitating execution of various kinds of Agreements. Such as Gift deed, Sale deed, live & license etc.
3) Offshore Placements to Gulf Countries, US and Europe
