Job Description
- Perform administrative and office support activities for executive office.
- Receive telephone calls and direct them to appropriate staff
- Receive guests and direct them to appropriate staff.
- Ensure security of the office property
- Forward information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information.
- Assist Administrative assistant with logistical arrangements for staff
- Assist Administrative assistant with monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office
- Maintain a record of visitors, incoming and outgoing mail, staff in and out and vehicle logbooks
- Supervise janitorial services and ensure upkeep, cleanliness and maintenance of the office.
- Assist the staff with filing, documentation, maintenance and upkeep of office records.
- Perform administrative tasks to extend support to staff.
- Perform other job related duties as requested.
