Position Overview:
An Office Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations within an organization. Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative and Clerical Support:

Perform general clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, letters, and courier packages.

Maintain and update paper and electronic filing systems to ensure accurate records.

Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations when required.
2. Office Management Support:

Monitor and manage office supplies and stationery inventory.

Coordinate maintenance of office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.

Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space.

Ensure office facilities are running smoothly, including basic IT and utility services.
3. Reception Duties (if applicable):

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.

Maintain a visitor log and issue ID badges where necessary.

Handle reception area responsibilities during staff absence.
4. Meeting and Event Assistance:
