Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support

Manage and organize office files, documents, and records, ensuring proper filing and easy retrieval.

Assist in preparing letters, reports, memos, and presentations using MS Office tools.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, phone calls, and postal mails.

Maintain office schedules, appointments, and coordinate meetings or events.
2. Reception & Communication

Greet visitors professionally and assist them or direct them to the concerned person.

Manage telephone calls and transfer calls or take messages accurately.

Serve as a liaison between different departments and external contacts.
3. Inventory & Office Supplies Management
-
Monitor and maintain office supplies stock, and place orders for replenishment.

Ensure proper storage and distribution of stationery and other office materials.

Coordinate with vendors for office equipment maintenance and repairs.
4. Data Entry & Record Keeping
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases and records such as employee attendance, leave records, and office expenditures.

Assist in generating reports and maintaining confidential information securely.

Update and maintain contact lists and office directories.
5. Support to Departments

Assist various departments with clerical tasks as and when required.

Help organize office events, training sessions, or workshops.

Support travel arrangements and expense claims for employees.
