Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Communication & Support
-
Greet and assist walk-in customers at the driving school office.

Explain the license application process, required documents, and timelines.

Respond to customer queries over phone or in person regarding status updates or RTO procedures.
2. Data Entry & RTO Portal Work
-
Accurately enter customer details (license applications, LL/LLR/renewals, etc.) on the RTO website or Parivahan portal.

Upload scanned documents such as ID proof, address proof, and photos as per RTO requirements.

Generate application numbers, payment receipts, and appointment slips from the RTO portal.
3. Document Management
-
Collect and verify all necessary documents from customers for license registration.

Ensure documents like Aadhaar card, PAN, and photos meet RTO norms.

Organize and maintain physical and digital files of submitted documents for office and audit use.
4. Status Tracking & Follow-Up
-
Monitor the status of license applications, test dates, and approvals through the RTO portal.

Follow up with customers for missing documents, payments, or RTO appointments.

Notify customers of scheduled test dates and help them with preparation guidelines if needed.
5. Coordination with RTO Office
-
Coordinate with RTO agents, officers, or driving test centers to ensure smooth processing.

Submit physical files at the RTO office when needed and collect receipts or certificates.

Assist in scheduling driving tests and biometric appointments for customers.
