Job Description
Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to manage front office operations, general office tasks, and travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining smooth office functioning and providing support to management and staff.
Preference will be given to Gujarati-speaking candidates with good computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
1. Front Office Management

Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a professional and courteous attitude.

Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.

Ensure the front office is organized, clean, and presentable at all times.
2. Office Administration

Maintain records, files, and documents systematically.

Assist in day-to-day office operations, including stationery, supplies, and office maintenance.

Handle internal communication and assist departments as required.
3. Tours & Travel Management
-
Plan and coordinate official tours, travel bookings, and logistics.

Ensure travel arrangements are cost-effective, timely, and hassle-free.

Maintain travel records, itineraries, and expense documentation.
4. Computer & Documentation Work

Prepare reports, presentations, and other official documents.

Maintain digital records and databases accurately.

Use MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other software efficiently.
5. Coordination & Support

Act as a liaison between management, staff, and external parties.

Support the management in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.

Assist in any ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills & Competencies

Language Skills: Fluent in Gujarati; good command over English and Hindi.

Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office software.

Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and maintain records.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
