Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and efficient Office Assistant (Female) to join our team and provide administrative and operational support related to Customs Clearance and Client Coordination. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in using computers, email, internet applications, and MS Office, with the ability to manage daily office tasks independently and professionally.
This position is ideal for a proactive, organized, and dependable individual who is comfortable working with documentation and software related to logistics or customs clearance, and who can communicate effectively with clients via email. Preference will be given to candidates who are married, reside nearby, and are below 35 years of age.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Software Handling – Customs & Logistics:

Operate and manage entries in software related to customs clearance (training will be provided if required).

Assist in the preparation and filing of shipping and import/export documents.

Maintain accurate records of transactions, declarations, and supporting files.
2. Client Coordination & Communication:
-
Follow up with clients via email for document submission, clarification, or updates.

Respond to incoming client queries and ensure timely communication of information.

Coordinate between clients and internal departments to support smooth operations.
3. Office Administration:

Handle basic clerical and administrative duties such as printing, scanning, photocopying, and filing.

Maintain proper documentation of all ongoing cases related to customs processing.

Keep records up to date and organized for easy retrieval.
4. Computer and Internet Tasks:

Work efficiently with MS Office tools—especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Search for relevant information online as required for documentation or communication.

Maintain digital records and assist in routine data entry tasks.
