Office Assistant

Location: Office premises

Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Must be available to open the office on time)

Key Responsibilities

• Office Maintenance: Open the office daily by 9:30 AM. Maintain overall cleanliness, dusting, and tidiness of the workspace throughout the day. Cleaning the office.
• Office Hospitality: Serve water for staff and visiting clients.
• Basic Data Entry: Use a laptop to handle basic data entry, log daily tasks, or manage simple digital records.
• Running Errands: Handle outdoor office tasks such as fetching supplies, bank visits, or document delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Graduation (in any stream).
• Tech Skills: Basic knowledge of operating a laptop, typing, and handling basic software (like MS Excel/Word or Google Sheets).
• Traits: Hardworking, punctual, trustworthy, and organized.

Good to Have (Preferred but not mandatory)

• A valid driving license (Two-wheeler or Four-wheeler) and comfortable driving when required.
