Job Description

Looking for a female candidate for an office assistant position. Fixed monthly salary along with a target-based incentive. English is required along with computer knowledge. 
10 Am to 07 PM Job (With half an hour lunch and two-time tea break). One day off in a week. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. General Office Support

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment, including desks, meeting rooms, and common areas.

  • Assist in organizing office logistics, including setting up for meetings, managing refreshments, and arranging supplies.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and deliveries.

  • Ensure that all office supplies, stationery, and equipment are stocked and in working condition.

2. Administrative Assistance

  • Perform basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing documents.

  • Assist with data entry and updating records in spreadsheets or databases as required.

  • Maintain employee records, attendance sheets, or visitor logs when applicable.

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, or travel arrangements under the supervision of senior staff.

3. Communication & Coordination

  • Greet visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous manner and guide them appropriately.

  • Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

  • Provide general support to staff and management as needed, including running errands or making purchases.

4. Record-Keeping and Documentation

  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.

  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, or other documents under the direction of supervisors.

  • Monitor and update administrative logs and documentation related to office operations.

5. Support in Office Maintenance

  • Report maintenance issues to the appropriate departments (e.g., electricity, plumbing, IT).

  • Liaise with vendors for repairs, purchases, and other office requirements under guidance.

  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety, cleanliness, and hygiene protocols.
