We are looking for sincere, honest, and hard-working candidates.
Required criteria for office assistant post:
(We run several businesses including a 3 star hotel in Bengaluru, logistics company in New Delhi and Kolkata, and transportation service in Kolkata, and many more. Most of the business procedures are controlled by our Kolkata office through telephone communications and emails.)
The requisites we are looking for are:
1. Have to attend outdoor jobs with team
2. Must be fluent in Bengali (speaking and Writing)
3. Must know how to speak Hindi & English (Writing as well)
4. Should have good retention and convincing power.
5. Must be hard working, sincere, and must give report of the given tasks regularly.
6. Must be ready for travelling outside the city for 10 to 12 days every month as per the requirement of the company (All expenses will be borne by the company).
7. Maintaining a weekly report of all the check-ins and check-outs of the in-house guests of the hotel in Bengaluru.
8. Ability of convincing and building quick contact and rapport with various business people.
Job Role:
1. Taking daily updates of our hotel operations by communicating with the guests for taking their feedback and dealing with their complaints and queries and assisting them accordingly.
2. Searching relevant vendors for our hotel (whenever required) and communicating with the business sector people for anu further business tie-ups and also taking care of the vendor management.
3. Visit Lawyer with team whenever required
4. Visit Bank with team whenever required
5. Visit market with team whenever required
6. Visit Bangalore once in two or three months for inspection.
7. Visit Outstation with Team (Travel Allowance will be provided by company)
8. Supporting all the operations in a multi-tasking procedure.
