Job Description

  • Office Management: Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace, coordinating office events, and potentially assisting with travel arrangements.
  • Customer Service: Greeting visitors, providing information, and ensuring a positive experience for clients and employees.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensuring the office, including common areas, pantry, and washrooms, is clean and organized.
  • Serving Refreshments: Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and other refreshments to staff and visitors.
  • Maintaining Office Supplies: Keeping track of inventory and reordering supplies as needed.
  • Stock Tracking : Maintaining proper physical & tally stock record.
  • Service Support : Support technical team to their daily machine activity.
  • Office Management: Ensuring the office is well-stocked with supplies, coordinating maintenance of office equipment, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
  • Material Delivery : Daily Material dispatch to different client location by local transport / Courier services.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Customer service oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.

  • Basic problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
