Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, organized, and patient-friendly Office Assistant to support the daily operations of our clinic. You will play a key role in ensuring the clinic runs smoothly, patients are warmly attended to, and documentation is efficiently managed.

Key Responsibilities:

 Front Desk Support:

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors professionally

  • Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, and appointment scheduling

  • Maintain patient registration, follow-up logs, and daily appointments

 Administrative Support:

  • Maintain files and documentation (both physical and digital)

  • Assist physiotherapists in printing/explaining exercise sheets or bills

  • Handle billing, receipts, and coordinate with online payment gateways

 Clinic Upkeep & Coordination:

  • Ensure therapy rooms are neat, sanitized, and ready for use

  • Coordinate housekeeping tasks and supplies

  • Track therapy stock (tapes, needles, consumables) and alert when replenishment is required

 Patient Interaction & Support:

  • Guide patients about therapy timings, preparations, and FAQs

  • Support follow-up calls or reminders

  • Maintain patient feedback and assist with testimonials or surveys

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to prioritize work, follow instructions, and meet deadlines.

  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

  • Polite and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and coworkers.
