Job Description
Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and internal events
Assist in enrolling and managing candidates on our job portal
Reach out to potential candidates or connections via LinkedIn
Post regular updates on LinkedIn and help manage engagement
Support office operations and team coordination tasks
Maintain spreadsheets, records, and recruitment databases
Communicate with candidates and internal teams as required
Help improve internal HR processes and support documentation
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support

Assist in organizing and maintaining office files, records, and documents, both physical and digital.

Help manage correspondence such as emails, letters, and courier dispatches.

Support administrative tasks such as printing, photocopying, scanning, and filing.

Take and relay messages, manage phone calls, and welcome visitors when required.
2. Data Entry & Record Keeping

Enter data into spreadsheets, reports, or database systems accurately and on time.

Maintain logs of attendance, inventory, deliveries, or office supplies under supervision.

Assist in the preparation of reports, presentation material, and meeting notes.
3. Office Coordination
-
Support team members across departments by handling routine clerical work.

Monitor and restock office supplies and stationery when necessary.

Help in setting up meeting rooms, arranging documents, and managing refreshments or logistics.

Follow up with vendors or service providers under guidance.
4. Event & Meeting Assistance
-
Help schedule and coordinate internal meetings, interviews, or small office events.

Prepare meeting materials such as agendas, attendance sheets, or project trackers.

Take minutes of meetings if required and share action items with the team.
5. Support to HR/Admin Teams
-
Assist HR/Admin teams during employee onboarding, file organization, or documentation.

Organize employee ID cards, files, and attendance logs (if applicable).

Assist during internal audits or data checks related to office administration.
