Job Description

-      Greeting clients and visitors as needed

-      Prepare and serve tea/coffee to staff and office visitors

-      Handling Pantry orders and maintaining supply inventory

-      Clean office kitchen on daily basis

-      Responsible for disposal of trash, waste, and other disposable material

-      Daily dusting/cleaning of furniture, light fixtures, windows and bathrooms

-      Maintaining crockery, cutlery and glassware of the pantry

-      Assists in basic office tasks required by the office staff

-      Outdoor duty such as depositing cheque in the bank or deliver material to the customer.

-      Maintains the cleanliness of the office premises and kitchen
