Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support in day-to-day office operations. The Office Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth functioning of the workplace by managing routine tasks, assisting staff members, and maintaining an organized and professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Handle routine clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and mailing.

Maintain office records, documents, and correspondence in an orderly manner.

Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and preparing meeting rooms.

Front Desk & Communication:

Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary.

Greet visitors and provide assistance or direct them to the appropriate person.

Draft simple emails, letters, or memos as required.

Office Management:

Monitor and manage office supplies and place orders when needed.

Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the office environment.

Coordinate with vendors, service providers, or maintenance staff for office requirements.

Support to Staff and Management:

Assist managers and team members in routine tasks or documentation.

Help prepare reports, spreadsheets, or presentations.

Support other departments as needed for smooth workflow.

Record Keeping & Data Management:

Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases or systems.

Maintain physical and digital files for easy access and retrieval.

Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling company information.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email).

Educational and Experience Requirements:

Minimum qualification: High school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Prior experience as an office assistant, receptionist, or administrative support is an advantage.
